Beyoncé racked up bill of £2,000 for fried chicken after sold-out London shows

Beyoncé celebrated the final leg of her London Renaissance tour by ordering £2,000 of fried chicken.

The Crazy In Love singer proved she was also crazy for chicken as she laid on 300 chicken burgers for a private event for her entourage after her show at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

She also reportedly ordered 50 Straight Up Burgers, 20 Korean Vegan Burgers, 75 Regular Fries and 200 Naked Chicken Tenders.

As her guests partied at the Flannels X Beyoncé Renaissance pop-up in Oxford Street on Saturday night, the chicken feast made sure no one went hungry.

The global superstar performed her final London gig as part of her current tour on Sunday night.

John Nelson, Chicken Shop CEO said it was an ‘honour’ to cater for Beyoncé’s party.

He told The Sun: “At Chicken Shop, we’re big fans of Beyoncé and have watched in excitement as ‘Bey-mania’ swept London this last week.

“So it was an honour to know we were her fried chicken shop of choice when it came to satisfying the cravings of her guests at the Flannels exclusive event.”

The store has been transformed into an exhibition shopping space, showcasing installations and merch from her current tour, as well as Beyoncé’s couture collection collaboration with Balmain.

Earlier in the week, Beyoncé left staff at the five-star Corinthia Hotel where she is staying in London stunned as she treated them to VIP tickets to her show.

As a thank you for looking after her so well, the 41-year-old is said to have left a generous tip for her butler, personal chef and concierge, giving them pairs of VIP tickets which cost more than £750 each.

A source said: ” Beyoncé is really sweet and very gracious to everyone around her, so always wants to thank the people who are taking care of her.

“They have gone above and beyond to look after her while she has been in the UK, so she treated them to some of the best tickets you can get.”

Speaking to The Sun, the source added: “It’s her favourite hotel so she asked for the staff’s emails to personally thank them.”

During her stay at the penthouse at the Corinthia, which costs an eyewatering £20,000 per night, Beyoncé is said to have asked for her hotel rider to be stocked with bottled water and exotic fruits.

She also asked for a specially prepared vegan mac and cheese, along with salmon, according to the publication.

The next stop on Beyoncé’s European leg of her tour is Barcelona on Thursday followed by concerts in Cologne, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Warsaw.
