Cambridgeshire: the latest information on roadworks in the county

B1040 St Ives Road – Somersham

Closed both ways to all traffic between May 22 and June 1 between 9.30am and 2.30pm for surface dressing work. Weather dependent and subject to change.

Milking Slade Lane – Great Gidding

Closed both ways to all traffic until August 6 between 7am and 5pm due to works by the National Grid.

Howard’s Lane – Horseheath

Closed both ways to all traffic for one day between May 22 and 30 for surface work. Weather dependent and subject to change.

Hildersham Road/Balsham Road – Balsham and Hildersham 

Closed both ways to all motor vehicles for one day between May 17-26 for surface dressing works. 

Swaffham Heath Road – Dullingham 

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles from May 19 until May 31 between 8am and 6pm daily for works. 

A1307 Fendon Road – Cambridge 

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between May 20-21 due to works by UK Power Networks. 

Swaffham Heath Road – Swaffham Bulbeck 

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles from May 22 until May 31 between 8am and 6pm daily for carriageway works.   

Norwich Street – Cambridge 

The road will be closed to all motor vehicles from May 22 until May 26 due to works by Cambridge Water. 

Avenue Road – St Neots 

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles from May 22 until May 30 between 8am and 5pm for works. 

Ross Street – Cambridge 

The road will be closed to all motor vehicles from May 22 until May 26 due to works by Cambridge Water. 

Windmill Street – Whittlesey 

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between May 22-23 between 8am and 4pm daily for works. 

Annesdale – Ely 

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles from May 22 to May 26 due to works by Cadent Gas. 

Middleton Road – Yaxley  

Closed both ways to all traffic until May 23 due to works.    

A1123 Hillrow Causeway – Haddenham 

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between May 23-26 due to Anglian Water. 

Cross Street – Huntingdon 

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between May 23-25 due to works by Anglian Water. 

Lower End / Swaffham Road – SwaffhamPrior / Reach 

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles for one day between May 23-31 for surface dressing works. These works are weather dependant and subject to change. 

Lerowe Road – Wisbech 

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles on May 24 due to works by Anglian Water. 

Short Road – Stretham 

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles on May 24 between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm due to works by Openreach. 

Chrishall Road – Fowlmere 

Closed both ways to all motor vehicles until May 25 between 8am and 6pm daily for carriageway works.
