Eight new venues join Stadium Experience

Stadium Experience, the not-for-profit association has welcomed eight new venues to its portfolio.

The new venues include: Bristol Rovers Football Club; Coventry City Football Club; Lancashire Cricket Club; Leicester City Football Club; Millwall Football Club; MK Dons Football Club; Stockport County Football Club; Warwickshire County Cricket Club.

Other recent members to join Stadium Experience have included Hampshire Cricket, Ipswich Town FC, Principality Stadium in Cardiff and Yorkshire County Cricket Club. 

The latest new additions take the total Stadium Experience venues to over 40 different clubs across the UK.

Memorial Stadium (Bristol Rovers FC)

The Memorial Stadium boasts 620sqm of exhibition space and is capable of hosting 200 delegate theatre style. The south west venue has five event spaces and a further 17 executive boxes.

Coventry Building Society Arena (Coventry City FC)

The Coventry Building Society Arena offers 80 smaller meeting rooms and executive boxes, 18 adaptable spaces for conferences and event, and a large indoor arena for concerts and exhibitions.  

Emirates Old Trafford Stadium (Lancashire Cricket)

The Emirates Old Trafford caters for up to 1,000 delegates theatre style, and has 1,125sqm of event space for exhibitions and trade shows. The stadium also offers 21 event spaces and nine executive boxes.

The King Power Stadium (Leicester City Football Club)

The King Power Stadium offers facilities for meetings and events for up to 650 delegates. With nine conference suites and 44 corporate hospitality boxes, the Leicester-based venue can cater for smaller meetings and larger conferences. 

The Den (Millwall Football Club)

The Den has five event spaces and 32 executive boxes for hire. The London venue can welcome up to 350 delegates in a theatre style setting, and has 700sqm as space for exhibitions and trade shows.

Stadium MK (MK Dons Football Club)

Stadium MK’s (pictured) 30,500 all-seater stadium is capable of hosting conferences, meetings, and events. The on-site DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes features 13 conference and event spaces, while the Marshall Arena can host up to 5,000 guests. 

Edgeley Park (Stockport County Football Club)

Edgeley Park has seven different sized function rooms which can host events with up to 800 people.  The venue also has 670sqm of space, ideal for exhibitions and trade shows. 

Edgbaston Stadium (Warwickshire County Cricket Club)

Edgbaston Stadium is located in the centre of Birmingham. The venue has the capability to host events for 10 to 800 people, and has 30 event spaces boasting panoramic views of the pitch.

The Stadium Events and Hospitality Awards will take place on 8 June at St. Mary’s Stadium, home to Southampton Football Club.
