Homeless Felon Indicted On Gun, Knife, Drug Dealing Charges: Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Kassam Abuhamande, 40, of Harold Street in Dorchester, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Jan. 31 in Bow.

Christopher Allen, 44, of Clay Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 11, 2022, in Hooksett.

Kevin Barnum, 49, of Towle Pasture Drive in Epsom on possession of fentanyl, cocaine, and p-fluorofentanyl mix, possession of fentanyl and p-fluorofentanyl mix, possession of cocaine, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, and possession of fentanyl and p-fluorofentanyl with intent to distribute charges, all felonies, on Sept. 27, 2022, in Chichester.

Daemon Barrett, 22, of East Bow Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-diazepam charge on Nov. 14, 2022, in Franklin.

Jordan M. Beaudette, 33, of Mount Delight Road in Deerfield on conspiracy to commit forgery and two forgery charges, all felonies. On Feb. 2, she was accused of uttering a check from the account of Dunkin’ Donuts in Hooksett. On Feb. 5, she was accused of working with another to utter a check and uttering a check issued from the account of Andrade Management Group in Hooksett.

Courtney M. Beaulieu, 30, of Pearl Street in Derry on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge involving $1,000 worth of property stolen from Subway in Hooksett on Feb. 13.

Nathaniel Bergeron, 26, of Elm Street in Pittsfield on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Loudon Road in Concord on March 17 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Ronald P. Bernard Jr., 45, of Pleasant Lane in Warner on a felony operate after certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 3A on April 12 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Shane Berube, 35, a homeless man now located in Concord, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-a large knife, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-anabolic steroid testosterone isocaproate, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-N,N-dimethylpentylone, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charges, all felonies, in Hooksett on Sept. 4, and on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-sale of fentanyl, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-sale of methamphetamine, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine, receiving stolen property-firearm-9 mm handgun, and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-9 mm handgun charges, all felonies, after an incident in Concord on Sept. 24, 2022.
