Strong to severe storms are expected to move across the Lower Susquehanna Valley, Monday afternoon and evening, making it an Impact Day.There is also a flash flood threat.A cold front will move into an environment of strong instability resulting in the threat of isolated severe storms. The highest threat is draped across York and Lancaster Counties. The timing of storms is from 2 p.m. through 9 p.m.The main impact will be from damaging winds.
