Ideagen:

Nottingham-headquartered business tech provider Ideagen has brought in Michael Dowthwaite (pictured above) as its chief customer officer.

He brings over 23 years’ experience in customer success, sales, and marketing and will be responsible for driving the growth and success by focusing on delivering world-class customer experiences.

He said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Ideagen, a company that has a remarkable reputation in providing class-leading software solutions to its customers.”

In this new role, he will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty globally, working closely with the company’s marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop strategies that enable the company to provide the best possible customer experience.

Russell Scanlan:

Rob Wood has returned to Russell Scanlan as senior accounts handler after five and a half years working another insurance business. He re-joins the firm, based at Wellington Circus in Nottingham city centre, with more than 33 years of experience working for a clients from small start-ups to national corporations.
