Based on some feedback on the Cape Cod Restaurants Group on Facebook, you’d think everyone walking around on Cape Cod is in severe agony all the time.

Why? Because the Painkiller seems to be the top cocktail on the Cape.

MassLive asked followers of the group what their favorite cocktail on the Cape was, and where to get it. Bonus points for the bartender that makes it best and if the atmosphere has anything to do with it.

Turns out their are a lot of cocktail connoisseurs over the bridge. A few spots were mentioned more than once, including The Chart Room in Cataumet (if you know, you know).
