We’re looking for the best place to live in Liverpool

We’re looking for the best place to live in Liverpool according to you, our readers.

Liverpool is massively diverse, and each suburb and district has its own character. Walk a mile through the city and you’ll see for yourself how much each of the distinct areas of the city has to offer.

The city was named the best place to live in the North West 2023 by the Sunday Times, beating Manchester and parts of the Lake District to the title thanks to Scousers’ famous community spirit and many other reasons, it said, “to be optimistic about Liverpool.”

Toxteth

Toxteth was singled out as the city’s ‘top district’ by the Sunday Times. Toxteth has a vibrant and diverse community, great links to the city centre and lush parks part of the reason behind it’s honourable mention. Princes Park is one of many cherries on top of Toxteth, as is the Granby Street Market and Lodge Lane.

Take our poll and tell us where you think is the best place to live in the city. If it’s not on the list, tell us where it is in the comments and we’ll add it to the poll.
