Criminal confinement where a vehicle is used, intimidation – threat is to commit a forcible felony — Eric Daniel Purvis, 33, 6000 block of Corydon-Ramsey Road NW, Ramsey.

Domestic battery committee in the presence of a child less than 16 years old, confinement – this the basic criminal confinement charge — Kristopher P. Bennett, 25, 11500 block of Lotticks Corner Road, Elizabeth.

Domestic battery – defendant has a prior conviction for any sort of battery or strangulation — William Welty, 52, 3600 block of Angelo Road NE, Corydon.

Operating a vehicle while intoxicated – prior conviction within seven years, possession of a narcotic drug — Caleb M. Blackburn, 24, Heltonville.

Possession of methamphetamine – this is the basic offense and for any amount below 5 grams, unlawful possession of a syringe — Teri M. Baylor, 35, Indianapolis.

Possession of a narcotic drug, unlawful possession of a syringe — Kathryn Alexandre Davis, 27, New Albany.

Misdemeanors

Dog bite liability resulting in serious injury — Robert Ryan Hall Harrell, 27, 6000 block of Rogers Campground Road, SE, Elizabeth.

Driving while suspended – knowing violation and prior conviction within 10 years — Michael Barnett, 42, Marion; Michael Anthony Gibson, 46, 400 block of Rocky Meadow Road NW, New Salisbury; Eric Daniel Purvis, 33, 6000 block of Corydon-Ramsey Road NW, Ramsey.

Invasion of privacy – violates a protective order — Hope T. Smolik, 49, Battletown, Ky.

Knowingly or intentionally operates a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license — Timothy A. Apaloo, 31, Harrisburg, Ill.

Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, operating a vehicle while intoxicated – first offense and no endangerment — Daniel Jason Crone, 42, 900 block of Highland Avenue, Corydon.

Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, possession of marijuana, leaving the scene of an accident – driver fails to immediately stop at the scene, reckless driving – drives at unreasonable high or low speed, possession of paraphernalia, operating a vehicle while intoxicated – first offense and no endangerment, operating a vehicle with a Schedule I or II — Caleb M. Blackburn, 24, Heltonville.

Dispositions

Diversions

The following cases have been referred to the prosecutor’s office’s pre-trial diversion program. If terms of the program are met, the charges will be dismissed after a year:
