Domestic battery committee in the presence of a child less than 16 years old, confinement – this the basic criminal confinement charge — Kristopher P. Bennett, 25, 11500 block of Lotticks Corner Road, Elizabeth.

Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, possession of marijuana, leaving the scene of an accident – driver fails to immediately stop at the scene, reckless driving – drives at unreasonable high or low speed, possession of paraphernalia, operating a vehicle while intoxicated – first offense and no endangerment, operating a vehicle with a Schedule I or II — Caleb M.
