English cricket supporters club The Barmy Army and England fast bowler Stuart Broad have announced a new partnership with Marmite.

As part of the partnership, Marmite will work with The Barmy Army on composing a song for legendary England fast bowler Stuart Broad ahead of the upcoming summer of English cricket, which includes The Ashes 2023.

Annabelle Terry, Brand Manager at Marmite, said, “At Marmite, we’re keen to show our love for the England team, and what better way to do that than partnering with another of Britain’s most iconic brands, The Barmy Army. They know the rivalry between England and Australia better than most, and we’re looking forward to showing our support to both them and Stuart this summer!”

Stuart Broad, England Cricketer and Marmite ambassador, added, “I can remember Marmite’s battles with their Australian rivals during the 2019 series, and I am really excited to be a part of action this time around. The Barmy Army have lifted us so many times before, and I’m looking forward to hearing them sing the new song on the terraces in June & July.”


Premier League football club Liverpool FC will travel to Singapore for its pre-season tour this summer.

The Reds will play in the Singapore Festival of Football, facing Leicester City at the National Stadium on Sunday 30th July, and Bayern Munich at the same venue three days later.

The winner will receive the Standard Chartered Singapore Trophy, which Jurgen Klopp’s side won last year after beating Crystal Palace in the final.

Ben Latty, Liverpool FC Commercial Director, said, “We’re tremendously excited to be heading back to Singapore for this summer’s pre-season tour.

“We were so impressed with the welcome and the facilities – from the training ground to the stadium and the infrastructure last year – that when the chance to return came up we jumped at it.

“Pre-season is hugely important to us for a number of reasons. It’s a chance for fans who may never get the opportunity to come to Anfield to see their idols, and for the team to prepare for the season ahead. In Singapore, almost a fifth of the population identify as Liverpool FC fans, which is amazing, and we can’t wait to meet them again.”


Premier League football club Manchester City is set to face Bayern Munich and Yokohama F – Marinos in Tokyo, Japan as part of their pre-season trip to Asia.

Pep Guardiola’s side, who sit at the summit of the Premier League, will face CFG sister club and current J.League Champions Yokohama F-Marinos on 23rd July, followed by German Bundesliga champions, Bayern Munich on the 26th July 2023.

Both matches will be played at the Japan National Stadium in Tokyo.

Hampshire Hawks has partnered with Southampton-based Connect It Utility Services.

The partnership, which covers Hampshire Cricket’s white ball county teams, which will see the company’s branding appear on Hampshire Hawks and Hampshire’s One Day Cup shirts.

English Football League (EFL) One football club Forest Green Rovers has renewed its partnership with TLT.

Bristol-based law firm TLT will remain the exclusive legal partner for Forest Green Rovers.

The partnership will focus on the pair’s ‘aims to minimise the adverse environmental impact of their business activities, while reducing the size of their carbon footprint by setting hard targets and an ambitious sustainability strategy.’

On the partnership, Maria Connolly, Head of Future Energy and Real Estate and Executive Board Member responsible for Sustainability at TLT, said, “We are delighted to once again be the exclusive legal partner for Forest Green Rovers, who are leading the charge on eco-friendly football and pioneering sustainability in sport.
